Passionate about creating places with lasting value, he combines strategic planning expertise with a collaborative approach to deliver thoughtfully designed neighbourhoods that enhance their surroundings.

Tim has over 20 years’ experience delivering high-quality residential developments across the South of England. Having held senior operational roles at Crest Nicholson, Taylor Woodrow and Berkeley Group, he has overseen projects ranging from urban regeneration schemes to new suburban communities. His focus on quality, value and attention to detail has helped deliver award-winning homes recognised for both construction excellence and customer satisfaction.
Land & Development Director
Andrew has more than a decade of experience delivering thoughtfully planned residential communities, from major urban regeneration projects to sustainable new neighbourhoods. A Chartered Surveyor with a passion for design-led development, he is committed to creating places that balance beautiful architecture, environmental performance and a genuine sense of community.

There’ll be no gloss or exaggeration, just a commitment to keeping our promises. Once you’ve found your perfect home, we’ll run through all the details – from purchase terms and finishes to management costs and the home warranty – at a reservation meeting.
You’ll need a mortgage in place or a memorandum of sale for your current home. Your solicitor will then oversee the legals, so the contracts can be exchanged, and deal with your searches. A completion date will be agreed and prior to moving in, you’ll be given a home demonstration and the opportunity to do a complete inspection. Finally, legal completion will happen and you get your keys.
