Once you’ve found the right BRICS home, our sales team will guide you through its specification, plans, purchase terms and anticipated completion timeline. When you’re happy to proceed, you’ll sign a reservation agreement, pay the reservation fee and appoint a solicitor to begin the legal process.
Your solicitor will complete the necessary searches and legal checks while you arrange your finances and mortgage, if required. Depending on the build stage, you may also have the opportunity to personalise selected finishes before exchanging contracts and paying your deposit.
As your home approaches completion, we’ll keep you updated and invite you to a home demonstration so you can see how everything works. Once the legal completion funds have been received, we’ll meet you at your new home, hand over the keys and continue supporting you through our customer care service.
