BRiCS is backed by veteran financier Steven Clark through his Omni group of companies. Steven founded Omni Partners LLP, his London-based, FCA-regulated investment management firm, in 2004. Since then Omni has run a real estate-focused private credit business that has provided more than £1.5 billion of finance into the UK property sector. Today Omni manages various private equity funds and continues to serve as a source of capital for business ventures across the UK.

Together we combine BRiCS’ experience in delivering award-winning residential schemes, with Steven’s entrepreneurial and financial experience, and Omni’s in-house accountancy and finance expertise.

The BRiCS shareholders all sit on the board as directors, allowing for fast decision-making and strategy agreement.
