Hugo Reeve

Managing Director – Development

Hugo brings over 25 years experience in the land and development sector, leading the land acquisition and planning processes for major mixed-use developments and communities. He has worked for both small and large plc developers at managing director and director levels, including Crest Nicholson plc and Countryside Properties plc, and has delivered several projects with industry leading environmental credentials.

His forte is in negotiating and securing planning permissions which maximise value, whilst working in a collaborative style and partnership spirit with all project stakeholders to align interests. Hugo’s passion is for good design and community place-making.

Tim Sadler

Managing Director – Southern

Tim brings over 20 years of construction experience, most recently 10 years as a board director for Operations for Crest Nicholson Regeneration, and previously with leading developers Taylor Woodrow and Berkeley Group. He has led production teams in the design, procurement and construction of some major mixed use regeneration schemes, from multistorey inner-city projects to suburban communities.

With a background in Quantity Surveying, Tim always seeks best value through good design and focused cost control. A drive for high standards has earned him and his teams numerous quality and safety awards from NHBC and LABC.

SteveN Clark

Director – Finance

Steve brings 35 years of financial markets experience. He founded Omni Partners in 2004, having previously spent 18 years in the city where he ran equity trading businesses for several investment banks. Since its inception Omni has successfully managed money for institutional investors across various equity and private credit strategies, and as of April 2021 manages an estimated £736m of global assets. Steve has been instrumental in the creation of many new businesses spanning a broad range of industries and sectors. Omni acts as principle financier for BRiCS, so Steve plays an active role as a BRiCS Board director.

Andrew North

Land & Development Director

Andrew brings over 10 years of land, planning and development experience, in the delivery of major mixed-use developments. He started his career in the central London division of Redrow working on major inner-city developments, followed by Crest Nicholson Regeneration where he delivered a large-scale garden village, and a zero-carbon community.

Andrew’s passion is delivering beautiful places to live in, with a real focus on design. His cooperative working style has seen him involved in some of the most successful partnership developments in the Southeast. Andrew is also a chartered surveyor, and has a particular interest in the design and delivery of schemes with high environmental performance.
